Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and non-returnable. However, we do accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.

To avoid exchanges, please double-check sizing with us before placing your order.

If you need to request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If approved, the tracking number for the returned item must be provided within 3 days of exchange approval. 

Items must be in original condition with tags, or the exchange will not be accepted. All shipping costs, for both returning and resending the item, are the buyer’s responsibility. As a small shop, we are unable to offer free exchange shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not accept exchanges for Wedding gown, Quinceañera, or Mini Quince dresses.
